Four Seasons Hotel Seoul
  • SAEMUNAN-RO, JONGNO-GU, SEOUL, 03183, REPUBLIC OF KOREA

Opened in October 2015 at the Gwanghwamun intersection, the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul stands proudly as the inaugural Korean venture for a prestigious luxury hotel brand. Drawing on 55 years of expertise, it offers 317 rooms, including 32 suites, and houses seven distinct restaurants and bars, complemented by the three-story Four Seasons Club Seoul. Skillfully incorporating the Four Seasons' extensive knowledge, the hotel's design prioritizes natural light, evident in all rooms, featuring tailor-made Four Seasons beds catering to individual sleeping preferences. The 28th-floor lounge and select rooms provide panoramic vistas of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Blue House nestled beneath Bugaksan Mountain. The hotel offers a diverse collection of seven dining options, encompassing the Chinese restaurant "Yu Yuan" and the contemporary Japanese establishment "Akira Back." This gastronomic journey, orchestrated by renowned chefs and bartenders from around the world, harmoniously complements the Four Seasons' exceptional service. Additionally, the hotel meticulously curates distinctive scents that encapsulate the nation's essence, diffusing throughout public areas like the lobby. Drawing inspiration from traditional Korean dwellings, the fragrances blend invigorating cedar forest notes, soothing sandalwood, and revitalizing citrus tones, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the hotel takes pride in showcasing over 160 contemporary works of art and exquisite floral compositions, expertly crafted by the globally acclaimed Nicolai Bergmann flower team.

In 2016, the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul hosted the AlphaGo vs. Lee Sedol go match, also known as the “Google DeepMind Challenge Match,” along with numerous other global conferences in subsequent years.
